“There’s something really interesting about the idea of Zoe and the Eve metaphor,” said Mark Stern, executive vice president of original content for Syfy and co-head of Universal Cable Productions, of the photograph featuring Alessandra Torresani as Caprica character Zoe Graystone.
The two-hour pilot of Caprica is now available on DVD and the Web; Caprica debuts on Syfy next year on Friday, Jan. 22, at 9/8C.

by admin on Jun.18, 2009, under Caprica News
Maureen Ryan from the Chicago Tribune newspapers spoke with David Howe, Sci Fi Channel president. In her interview David mentioned that the Caprica Series will start airing in January of 2010.
I personally hope, after seeing the pilot five times that the Caprica series will feature more of the early Cylons, a better view of the Battlestar Galactica world history and a great storyline, intriguing and tangled, like we’ve seen in Battlestar Galactica.
All we can say is that we are anxiously waiting for it.
